5 Things You Should Never Put On Your Face

You may be surprised that there are certain things you think are good for your face but that are not.

In today’s article we will be looking at some product you should never use on your face with reasons

1. Bar Soap

Bar soap are not good to wash your face with, it’s very drying to the skin and most often contains sodium hydroxide also called caustic soda.

Most skin types have a pH of 5.5. Soap’s pH ranges between 8-10, so this instantly strips the skin of moisture. It’s a fact that healthy skin thrives in moisture, your skin cells are like fish and need water to live. Dryness and dehydration are bad for your skin’s long-term health and appearance, which is the basis of why I strongly recommend against all bar soaps, especially for washing your face.

2. Petroleum Jelly

Well most of us have applied before and some are still using it.

Actually Jelly is not bad but petroleum, it’s said to have discovered at the bottom of petroleum barrels and this is where it comes from.

And it’s not good for the skin, honestly the whole body especially those with acne or sensitive skin issues should avoid it cause it can clog pores and skin breakouts.

3. Body Moisturizer

Body moisturizer is great for the body but not so great for your face. And like petroleum jelly, body moisturizer can clog your pores and skin breakouts.

4.Rubbin Alcohol

Rubbin Alcohol rubs off all oil on your skin and there are people who have real oily skin, acne issues and they think using rubbin alcohol will get rid of those oil but what happens is it gets rid of the oil temporary but then the skin realize it’s missing oil and creates even more oil

5. Semen

There is believe that applying semen or sperm basically to your skin is actually good for it. Well reality is pretty far from that. People say it contains antioxidant and protein that’s good for the skin.

But semen is not good for the skin because it can sometimes comes with sexually transmitted infections which is not fun.
