Declan Rice looks like he will soon be swapping West Ham United for Arsenal after the two clubs agreed a British-record deal worth a reported £105m earlier this week.
And it seems another player could be heading in the opposite direction.
According to a report from inews.co.uk on Thursday, the Hammers are interested in signing Gunners left-back Nuno Tavares.
David Moyes is reportedly keen to add cover for Aaron Cresswell to his squad, and Arsenal are believed to be willing to let the Portuguese U21 international go as part of their summer squad overhaul.
The 23-year-old joined Arsenal from Benfica in 2021 and made 28 appearances for the club before he was loaned out to Marseille last season.
During his year in Ligue 1 he scored an impressive six goals, and there was talk of making his Marseille loan move permanent.
But it never materialised and he will return to his parent club following the U21 European Championships before his next move is decided.
Galatasaray have also been linked with Tavares this summer, but he is reportedly keen to stay in England if possible, and could be available for as little as £8m.
