Serwaa Amihere, a broadcaster, took to social media to share her experience with the COVID-19 vaccine.
Ghana received the Astrazeneca Covid vaccine a few weeks ago to help slow the spread of the virus, which has killed over a million people worldwide.
Some people have already taken the shot, but others believe it is a conspiracy theory designed to exterminate the black race and will not take it.
Serwaa Amihere, who went for her shot, took to her social media page to share her experience.
According to her, she was unable to sleep for several hours after receiving the vaccine, which was followed by a severe headache.
She also stated that she was experiencing severe pains in her arm, as well as general body weakness.
When she spoke with her doctors, they assured her that everything would be fine in a few days and that she should not be concerned.
She posted: “Hours after I took the vaccine, I couldn’t sleep. Severe headache, severe pain in the arm, weakness but my doctor says I’ll be fine and I’m sure I will . Don’t panic, go take the jab.”
