Kalvin Phillips has been linked to a move away this summer after a trying first year at Manchester City (with a loan being likely).
The midfielder has made 12 appearances for Manchester City in the premier league since his move there with 10 of those coming from the bench
The midfielder made it clear in an interview with the BBC that he is not thinking about leaving and is committed to playing more minutes next season.
I don’t anticipate making the team or getting the start. But if I don’t, I’ll push to become more involved,” he said. “I’d love to play more, be more involved, and win, but I know how difficult it is, and I hope this season is a lot better for me.”
