Hakim Ziyech is expected to leave Chelsea after the club and Galatasaray agreed a transfer agreement for the winger.
Ziyech is eager to leave Chelsea following a trying time in west London; the Moroccan only made six Premier League starts the previous season.
The 30-year-old has also seen two deals fall through in recent months. In January, a loan move to Paris Saint-Germain was abandoned, and in February, a transfer to Al-Nassr was also abandoned despite an agreement being reached between the Saudi Pro League team and Chelsea.
The goal of replacing Nicolo Zaniolo, who is on the verge of joining Aston Villa, is the Morocco international. With Wilfried Zaha joining Istanbul on a free transfer earlier this summer, Ziyech may play alongside the former Crystal Palace star in Istanbul next season.
