Paris is still narrowing down their search. However, the 24-year-old is no longer a top priority for the Ligue 1 champions after Napoli turned down two offers from PSG totaling more than €100 million for their Nigerian striker Victor Osimhen. This is according to the Italian press.

Despite these offers, PSG is cautious about going overboard given the size of their shopping list this season and won’t be making the enormous sums that Napoli president Aurelio De Laurentiis is asking for.

The sports daily also claims that negotiations have become more challenging due to the influx of middlemen looking to profit from such an expensive contract.

The PSG administration is now concentrating on other objectives because Osimhen, who scored 31 goals in 39 games across all competitions last season, is under contract until 2025.
